  • Vytrix Studios (“we”, “our”) provides done-for-you short-form editing and DM → CRM automation (“Service”).

  • By purchasing or subscribing, you (“Client”) agree to everything below.

  • ## 1 · Payment & Renewal

  • * Core Retainer: US $2 800 per month.

  • * Billed automatically every 30 days via Paddle (our Merchant-of-Record).

  • * Prices are shown in USD; client covers any FX or bank fees.

  • ## 2 · Delivery Timeline

  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding a dispute.

  • These terms follow the laws of Jamaica. Disputes are handled in the Parish Court of Manchester.

  • We collect only the data needed to fulfil the Service:

  • * Name, e-mail, social-media handles

  • * Payment tokens (stored securely by Paddle)

  • * Project files you voluntarily upload

  • Data is stored in Google Workspace, Slack, and Paddle.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
